Our fast paced rapidly growing insurance agency is looking to train the right individual to fit into our company. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. Our Customer
Service Representative will be responsible to provide exceptional customer service to our
current clients and new prospects when they call in for assistance.
Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a
greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.

• Supports the company's core values and principles.
• Ability to handle large volume of calls.
• Set policy review appointments.
• Manage accounts by tracking and following up frequently.
• Preform job related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Able to work effectively within the assigned team and ability to change teams as needed.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Must have ability to multi-task.
• A property & casualty license will be required but will train good individual.
