Service Writer (a.k.a. Service Advisor)
The Service Writer is the customer advocate for all auto service & repair matters. Must listen to and understand the customer's request or problems and arrange for an accurate diagnosis. Ensures the service or repair solution matches the requirement. Must earn repeat business by delivering high quality service in accordance with an honest and accurate estimate. Must work with a team of repair technicians to meet all customer quality expectations.
Also: Keep customers informed, generate invoices and handle payments, perform customer follow-up, and assist management, other duties as required.
Required: High School diploma, Positive attitude, exceptional customer service skills, valid driver's license, strong work ethic, strong leadership skills
Desired: College degree, sales experience, automotive tech knowledge
Pay Expectation: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 /Year
Employment Type: Full-Time
The Parts Specialist is the customer advocate of all parts & accessories needs.
Job Duties, among others:
• Assisting customer and technicians with the identification and provision of auto parts.
• Tracking incoming and outgoing parts.
• Handling parts payment collection and billing for service work.
• Packaging and shipping parts with correct record keeping.
