The incumbent will engage in a variety activities with customers before, during and after pours to ensure outstanding customer service.What You Need for this PositionAt Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:- Concrete, Asphalt, or Transportation Dispatch- Order Taking- Scheduling Deliveries/Drivers- Customer Service/Customer Management- Problem Solving- Training/Hiring Dispatchers- NCDOT Field/Batch Tech Certs Preferred- Drivers license requiredThis role supervises, manages, and directs the selection, training, development, appraisal, and work assignments of its own employees.
