Job SummaryThe Concentrator Operations Manager I is responsible for management and operation of the ZLD facility.
This position will interface regularly with Concentrator Operations Manager II and both the WM Well Pad Services Manager and the Director of Operations - Oil & Gas Services along with the Disposal District Manager.
Since this is a management / operations function, the job responsibilities are classified into two respective and distinctive areas.II.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily.
Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by location.
Assures compliance for the concentrator with all local, state and federal laws in effect.
This will be accomplished by working with the engineer to maintain all records on the concentrator regarding compliance.
Responsible for the timely submission and accuracy of all compliance records to the site engineer for submittal to the respective governing authoritiesGathers all data associated with the daily operations of the concentrator and submits all reports as required.
This includes but is not limited to, Monthly Operating Reports, Startup Shutdown and Malfunction Plans, Downtime Logs and Daily Operations Reports.
Maintains equipment files and maintenance records for the concentrator.
This includes files for ALL equipment in use at the plant.
Manages time to accomplish all daily, weekly and monthly tasks to support proper concentrator operations.
Responsible for budget review and adherence to established budgets.
Perform all concentrator purchasing as is necessary to support continued operations.
Maintains purchase logs and purchase files.
This includes vender files for items purchased.
Any other task as requested by WM Well Pad Services Manager as deemed necessary to the success of the concentratorSchedule and conduct concentrator tours for the appropriate partiesMust handle all issues relative to concentrator operations, expenditures and plant requirementsCoordinate transportation with the hauling company from the concentrator to the disposal site.
Coordinate schedule of produced water from well pad to concentrator through well pad services III.
Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThe position has supervisory responsibilities.IV.

Education and Experience
Associates Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two years of relevant work experience.Experience: Five years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).B.
