Hilton Charlotte Center City is hiring for a Hospitality Workers job in Charlotte,NC Front Office & Rooms 3rd Shift Supervisor Full-Time 2nd & 3rd Shift Delivers exceptional guest experiences from guest arrival to departure.
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for welcoming guests during registration, assigning rooms, assisting with guest inquiries during the stay and complete required transactions and reports.
This role will also be responsible for Night Audit shifts as needed and guide the Overnight team .
Guest Service Agent Full-Time, 1st & 2nd shift, flexible Responsible for providing a warm welcome to each guest, guest arrival and departure procedures and providing prompt and courteous service while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Will use OnQ computer software. Must be able to assist guests with all inquiries and special requests in a professional manner.
Maintenance Mechanic Full-time, 1st shift Responsible for diagnosing and conducting repairs on a wide variety of hotel equipment including HVAC systems, laundry and kitchen equipment.
Performs various tasks related to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, caulking & wall covering to meet Hilton Standards.
Must be HVAC certified and EPA certified/licensed to purchase and handle refrigerant.
Must have at least 3 years experience in mechanical engineering position within a multi unit environment such as hotel industry.
HOUSEKEEPING Housekeeping Houseperson Full-Time, 1st shift Responsible for the delivery of housekeeping supplie to guest floord, restocking of supplies, cleaning of hallways and other housekeeping duties as needed.
Assignments may include special projects such as deep cleaning of guestrooms and carpets.
Housekeeping Room Attendant Full-Time, 1st shift Responsible for the overall cleanliness and service standards of assigned guest rooms.
Complete cleaning and guestroom standards of approximately 17 guestrooms per shift and create a positive experience for all guests.
Housekeeping Supervisor Part-Time 2nd shift, flexible Provides support and guidance to all Housekeeping team members and ensures all guestrooms and guest areas exceed Hilton Housekeeping Standards at all times.
Responsible for inspecting and cleaning guest rooms while assisting guests with requests and providing friendly & hospitable service.
Prior hotel Housekeeping experience required.
