Construction Superintendent If you are a Construction Superintendent with experience managing healthcare, k-12, higher education, municipal and other ground up and large renovation projects, please read on!Our Project Superintendents ensure the overall day-to-day supervision of field related construction activities accomplishes company goals through; a safe work environment, effective LEAN planning & scheduling, cost control, quality control, coordination of sub-contractors, as well as strengthening relationships by ensuring the highest customer satisfaction.What You Will Be Doing- Build and maintain Owner, Architect, Subcontractor & Supplier relationships- Ensuring that all projects are performed in accordance with contract and quality standards- Scheduling and directing the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to assure that the project objectives of cleanliness, safety, price, schedule, quality and process are met- Maintaining daily paperwork; timecards, field reports, schedule updates, RFIs and E-mail correspondence- Implementing project schedules ensuring upcoming events are on track and being proactively attended to- Promoting and maintaining safety, health and cleanliness on the jobsite- Conducting and/or attending pre-construction, progress and other project and staff meetings- Participating in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiativesWhat You Need for this PositionAt Least 3 Years of experience and knowledge of:- Project Management- Construction Management- Commercial Construction- Procore knowledge is a PLUS- Healthcare, K-12, Municipal, Higher Education projectsWhat's In It for You- Vacation/PTO- Medical- Dental- Vision- 401(k)So, if you are a Construction Superintendent with at least 3yrs of experience as a superintendent, please apply today and
