Customer Service Representative
Primary responsibility will be first point of contact for customers and sales reps.
Duties & Responsibilities
Communicates with customers by telephone or email on order
Receive and respond to customer issues promptly
Work closely with manufacturing on customer orders
Keep record of customer interactions
Issue return authorizations to customers
Education & Qualifications
A very professional manner and a demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service
Good time management and follow-up skills, including, the ability to effectively balance quality and quantity of output
Excellent computer and internet skills, especially Microsoft Office and email
Demonstrated ability to effectively resolve customer issues
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good team player including the demonstrated ability to contribute to and foster a positive team environment
MUST HAVE PAST EXPERIENCE IN THE FURNITURE INDUSTRY
